1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bd247 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member", "you"). By creating an account on bd247 or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

bd247 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or account notification.

1.3 Applicable Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Methods & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.3 Currency & Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, funds may be seized and the account suspended.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

If any suspicious financial activity is detected, bd247 reserves the right to suspend transactions, request additional verification, and hold funds if necessary. Participation in money laundering or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bd247 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or a ৳42,000 deposit earns a ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or manipulation will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus and any winnings from it. bd247 reserves the right to modify bonus terms or suspend bonus programs.

4.4 VIP Program

bd247's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Higher tiers are reached through regular play. Weekly cashback differs by tier — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1%, and Platinum 1.5% weekly cashback applies. bd247 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bd247 ensures a fair and transparent environment across all games. The use of any software, bots, automation tools, or unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited. Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform may result in cancellation of winnings.

5.2 Betting Rules

Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bd247 will take appropriate action. bd247's decision on the outcome of any game is final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using unauthorized software or automation
• Gaining advantages through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability on the platform
• Playing using another person's account

6.3 Protection of Minors

It is strictly prohibited to allow anyone under the age of 21 to create an account or play games. If there is any risk of a minor accessing your device or account, bd247 recommends using parental control software to restrict access.

7.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the bd247 platform — logos, designs, text, software, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bd247. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content in any way without prior written permission from bd247 is prohibited.

7.3 Communications & Marketing

bd247 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server issues, or other reasons. bd247 shall not be liable for any loss caused by service interruptions, though we always aim for a quick resolution.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bd247 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Any financial loss arising from gaming is entirely at the user's own risk. bd247 is not liable for gaming addiction or social harm, though we actively encourage responsible play.

If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided after account closure, though any bonus balance will be cancelled. Users may also request account closure themselves.

9.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separate terms for specific games or bonuses together form the entire agreement between bd247 and the user. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by these Terms.

9.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in effect. The invalid provision will be considered severed, and the nearest legally valid provision will apply in its place.
